Gina LaVersa and Todd Kesselman founded Precision Capital Advisors in 2004 and have worked together, through multiple economic and financial cycles, for nearly two decades. Since inception, we have attracted a highly talented group of professionals comprising a highly concentrated team.

Todd Kesselman, Managing Director, Founding Partner
Prior to establishing Precision Capital in 2004, Mr. Kesselman was a Director in the CDO Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he worked from 2000 -2004. At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Kesselman specialized in originating and structuring alternative investments. From 1997 – 2000, Mr. Kesselman was a Director at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management, Inc., where he was responsible for structuring alternative investments and was a high yield analyst. Prior to Nomura, Mr. Kesselman practiced corporate and tax law, with a focus on alternative investment funds and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kesselman received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the James A. Elkins Prize, and a B.A. from Binghamton University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Gina LaVersa, Managing Director, Founding Partner
Prior to establishing Precision Capital in 2004, Ms. LaVersa was a Director at Deutsche Bank Securities, where she worked for ten years in leveraged finance and structured credit. At Deutsche Bank, she was a senior member of the syndication team responsible for raising capital for alternative asset managers. Ms. LaVersa worked with U.S. and non-U.S. institutional clients with significant portfolios of alternative investments. Additionally, she partnered with the firm’s ultra high net worth investment teams to provide appropriate similar opportunities for wealthy families. Ms. LaVersa received a B.A. from Williams College.

David Cohen, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Precision Capital in 2007, Mr. Cohen was a Vice President at BISYS Private Equity Services where he co‑managed the Non‑Institutional Client Group. Mr. Cohen’s group managed 45 sponsors of 150 private equity funds with $25 billion of capital under management. Prior to joining BISYS, Mr. Cohen spent 12 years at Merrill Lynch where he managed the daily business and financial affairs of several public retail partnerships. Mr. Cohen began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Washington, D.C. Mr. Cohen received a B.S. in accounting from of the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.
Nina Venkatesh, Director, Investor Relations
Ms. Venkatesh joined Precision Capital in 2005. Her responsibilities include investor relations for Precision Capital’s funds and special projects. Ms. Venkatesh also has primary responsibility for Precision Capital’s institutional investor advisory business. Prior to joining Precision Capital, Ms. Venkatesh was an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities where she specialized in structuring CDOs and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in structured products origination and mortgage research. Ms. Venkatesh received her B.S. degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where she was an Andrew Carnegie Scholar.
Cass Barnes, Director, Marketing & Investor Relations
Ms. Barnes is responsible for marketing and investor relations for Precision Capital’s funds and specializes in covering ultra-high net worth investors, family offices, foundations/endowments and consultants across alternative investments. Prior to joining Precision Capital in 2013, Ms. Barnes was responsible for fundraising and investor relations for Sursum Capital, a single strategy hedge fund. Ms. Barnes began her career in business development at a branding agency. Ms. Barnes received an A.B. from Bryn Mawr College.
Robert Goodman, Vice President
Mr. Goodman is responsible for operations and client servicing. Prior to joining Precision Capital in 2007, Mr. Goodman worked as a Client Service Representative with Sanford C. Bernstein. Mr. Goodman received a B.A. degree from Nyack College.
Moshe Feldberg, Controller
Prior to joining Precision Capital in 2015, Mr. Feldberg worked at McGladrey, LP where he planned and supervised audits for various hedge fund and private equity fund clients. Mr. Feldberg received a B.S. degree in accounting from Touro College.
Jessy Burnett, Associate
Prior to joining Precision Capital, Mr. Burnett was an executive assistant for Greentech Capital Advisors and involved in the firm's public relations and branding efforts. Mr. Burnett began his career at the E.W. Scripps Company planning events and handling administrative functions in public relations and marketing. Mr. Burnett graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Communications and Media Studies.
